弊社は中国・韓国・台湾・東南アジア等、海外の船主から代理依頼を受けています。中国語・英語・韓国語等の語学堪能なスタッフが多数在籍し、海外の船主・船長と緊密にコミュニケーションを取りながら日々業務に従事しております。
本船の入港前から停泊中および出港までの全ての関係官庁（海上保安部・運輸局・検疫所・税関・入港管理局・植物検疫所など）への申請手続きや航路管制官への（適時通報・水先人・曳船・綱取り離し業者の手配）など、幅広い業務を担当しています。また、船会社・荷主・荷役業者との船舶荷役についての連絡・調整を行い、入出港、荷役に関する諸官庁や関係先への許可申請、届出などの手続きを行なっています。

As a ship agent, we play an important role in ensuring the safety of ships in transit and smooth port entry and departure.
Our company receives representation requests from ship owners from overseas such as China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. We have a large number of staff members who are fluent in languages such as Chinese, English, and Korean, and are engaged in daily work while maintaining close communication with overseas ship owners and captains.
Application procedures to all relevant government agencies (Japan Coast Guard, Transport Bureau, Quarantine Station, Customs, Port Control Bureau, Plant Quarantine Station, etc.) are carried out before the ship enters the port, while the ship is at anchor, and until departure. - Responsible for a wide range of duties, including arranging pilots, tugboats, and line release companies. We also communicate and coordinate with shipping companies, shippers, and stevedores regarding ship cargo handling, and handle procedures such as permit applications and notifications to various government agencies and related parties regarding port entry/departure and cargo handling.
